Twirl Prom offers free ground shipping to the contiguous United States on full-priced dresses. Ground shipping is listed as three to five business days. The store does not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses.
Yes. Twirl Prom offers suits and tuxedos that can be shopped in person to coordinate with a homecoming dress.
Eligible items ordered online have a five-day return-request period. Customers may choose an online merchandise credit for the full eligible amount or a refund with a 15% restocking fee. Items marked final sale, including sale dresses, are not returnable. Returned dresses must meet the conditions listed in Twirl Prom’s full online return policy.
